We have been Vetted by the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board for Private Investigations, Process Serving, and Private Security (PILB 1782).  We are also cleared to do investigations, process serving and security by the BSIS in California for Security and Private Investigations (PI 188095). 

Private investigator Dustin Grate saw an opportunity to expand growth and services by selling his partnership with Spencer Inv. and offer a great deal more for clients. This expansion opportunity rapidly took off, spinning the name Dustin Grate into Grate Detections LLC.  Dustin continued to grow Grate Detections with Private Investigations, Process Serving, Private Security and Drug Testing, combining the Mobile Drug Testing and Background Checks, and now Finger Printing into a professional one-stop firm for all your private investigator and drug testing needs. Owner of (2) Investigative firms Grate Detections and Priority1 also providing Mobile Drug Testing Certified by DATIA, and OMEGA. 

Why a Licensed Private Investigator? 

Grate Detections LLC was established in 2005 conducting Mobile Drug Testing. Bringing even more opportunity and options we have the following NV PILB # 1782 -1782a/1782b/1782c and CA PI 188095 licenses, with 17 continued years of investigations 23 years of combined experience in law enforcement, investigations and drug testing, and over 100 years of combined experience behind us. To obtain those licenses listed, a professional background in many areas of expertise was required.  Nevada NRS 648 requires any Private Investigator that conduct business in Nevada in any type of investigative conduct to be licensed under the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB).  California requires that any Private Investigator that is going to conduct any type of investigations in California to be licensed under the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS).
